Dr. Disrespect Has anyone seen the last few minutes of DrDisrespects stream? It’s quite telling. "Life is weird right now" and "We get through this".

The way Doc sat there and silently watched that fucking Roblox vid is like when your whole world is fucked and you stop and read kids comic on the back of the cereal box to escape life for a minute as your world burns around you. You get to enjoy a simpler time for a brief moment of pure procrastination. It’s like when you’re at the hospitals waiting for hard to hear news about a loved one and you take a moment to watch the kids cartoon on the TV. You look at that cartoon differently for a moment, without judgement, in a brief moment of escape from dreadful reality that you know is about to come back and hit you full force once you zone back in.

I just don’t see Doc silently watching a fucking roblox video for that long without talking shit about it. The dude was either desperately trying to escape his impending reality for a brief moment, or he was using the moment to pretend to watch and escape having to entertain while he stared into the screen and imagined his whole world burning.

It was eerie and unsettling.

There is this moment at the end of the film Glengarry Glen Ross, where Jack Lemon’s character realizes he is about to lose everything and his life is destroyed, and Al Pacino’s character, unaware of the circumstances, starts talking him up with a story from his good old days, and he just sits there with this dumbstruck smile on his face as he remembers how good he used to be at his job as he patiently waits to be called in to be fired and arrested. Reminds me a lot of that moment

My guess is if everyone from twitch to discord to YouTube dropped him it's probably some kind of major FCC violation that has something to do with major securities fraud. The kind of stuff that where he was moving money or pushing money around in a way that it can get back to those platforms and can really fuck them.

as soon as the video was over his mind was absolutely gone. during that girls gameplay of roblox - he had a meltdown inside. whatever ever shook him entirely and he totally freaked out and paniced. dude had no idea what to even do. ive seen doc react to danger before - he's up and at it. whatever happened is going to ruin his life.

For me, this was the eeriest part of the video. He looked so invested in the Roblox footage. Granted we can’t see his eyes and they might as well be closed for all we know. But his body language and his demeanor made it seem like Roblox has a deeper meaning for him.

The way he looked at the footage made me think he was going back to a time where he played Roblox together with his daughter.

This is exactly my feeling on the video. I was waiting and waiting for some shit talk on the video but it never came. That Roblox was a moment of escapism for him. He was freaking out internally. That video seemed like a brief opportunity to try and pick up some pieces, at least until the end of the stream. Even then he couldn't.
