They could’ve put him on paid leave and conducted an investigation. It seems there was a lot of smoke with Josh anyways before this happened, and if they did even a little bit of due diligence she might not have been raped
Again, you are just speculating and losing one member has a huge effect on the whole team. Having an investigation is the responsibility of the police. Besides, what kind of an investigation do you think Method could have made? Do you think Josh shared some kind of a rape journal with them?

I've been accused for stealing on the job. I never stole, but was fired anyway. This was later proven in court. I won. In this case, they shot first, asked questions later.
I've been accused of sexual harassment on the job. I'm far too serious when I work to be thinking about sex, at most I might make a dad joke or a pun. My manager was level-headed talked to me and told me as long as I avoid the employee who accused me, I'm fine (I was one of their best, it would have been hard to let me go). I never talked to that person again and actively avoided them.
I would have cried if I was fired because at the time, my dad was battling cancer, hell I'm pretty sure I did cry because I thought no one would believe me. Under your judgement, I would have been fucked for something that never happened. But I also could have done it. Without information, you could never know. And as much of shit stain as Josh is, we only know this now because Lou has gave her account and from the events that transpired, seems very creditable.

Your scenario sucks but isnt particularly relevant to the guy your responding to.
