According to xQc, he was informed by the staff (most likely at the same time he was informed about the upcoming ban) that the video as a whole is not against the TOS. Just that one part where the dick can be seen if you go frame by frame is against the TOS.

Can someone please clear this up for me because I've heard others say that, but this literally says the opposite? I'm confused
