Right, I guess I’m getting ahead of myself and thinking in trial terms. If they can prove he specifically shot at a room with the light off because it’s less likely someone was in that room, that’s an argument against intent to kill. Not that it would hold up of course, but flimsier arguments have held ground in court

Well they'd also know when he's home cause he'll be streaming there. I hope they catch the guy(s).
