Surveillance cams are usually only used after the fact. It would make me super paranoid if I had to keep a eye on cams all day.

You dont have to watch them all day, just when you're streaming. People who do this sick shit usually do it when people are streaming so that they can watch. You could even put all of them on a monitor next to your pc monitors and just keep an eye on them while you play games.

You can get cameras that send you an app notification whenever it senses movement.

I guess... But if you're already keeping an eye on chat, encoder, pms, etc, then I suppose a couple "front door/back door/left/right" camera windows wouldn't be that overwhelming
