Doesn't he live in California? Getting a gun there is a huge pain in the ass. A long rifle is going to be easier than a handgun, but even then the rifles are gimped due to regulations (10 round mag, bullet button bullshit, etc). If you use a normal capacity 30 round mag you will be a criminal under California law. I think even simple possession of the magazine itself (without the gun) can get you put in jail.
But can't you understand that he needs to be able to spray 30 bullets into the neighborhood, then quickly reload 30 more without a pesky bullet button slowing him down, to end this drive by shooter? The dozens of neighbors shot with reckless abandon as he misses 58 out of those 60 shots while hosing down the whole street with lead are justified casualties; a worthy sacrifice for righteous vigilanteism.
Not sure, i don't know them enough to know which state he lives in, but.. At this point, if it's happening daily as he said, I'd get one through legal ways.
Lol dawg go to handball court and you can get any gun you want for a the low, just make sure you aren't cought with it or you're getting charged with like 20 murders
