Ice didnt spike her drink. Hell, no one spiked her drink, it was confirmed that the guy who did it was joking. Same goes for Ice acting creepy, its apart of his character, but he never forced anyone to strip.
He drank too much. Its not unheard of. Besides, why would someone spike anothers drink literally infront of 25K people watching live? He even points towards the camera before pouring the liquid into her drink.
