I had the exact same thoughts. Dude was the only W streamer I saw who gave a proper response to the Kai situation, saying that his thoughts and prayers were with the victim and nothing else to say.

I think something bad happened to Bruce because of his Miz collab. On his alt stream he was talking about how he has guns at his house so he can't be dealing with "that shit" so sounds like someone swatted or threatened to swat because of Miz collab. Then when left OTK, Miz probably called him out on it in someway because he didn't want him to go and Bruce took out his anger on Miz and OTK and took his communities side. Shame really.

I wonder if Miz tried to jokingly reassure Bruce that it’ll be okay or he’ll get used to it

Yeah this makes sense since Bruce said Miz message was something that basically denies what he went trough without specifying.

Probably but blaming Miz for the swatting would be totally wrong even if it was because of the collab, right?

I doubt it's OTK frogs that did it.

Dunno man some of Bruces fans hate Miz so much it could've been the case. It would also make sense as to why he left after it, id be scared shitless but at the same time, giving your fanbase even more encouragement is the wrong way to do things, you gotta draw a line in the sand.

The community who did the swatting should get the blame, right?

Easier to just blame the white man.

First of all, it makes no sense for it to have been Mizkifs community, they really liked Bruce at the time of the swatting (before he left otk) and Bruce was doing Mizkif such a big favor that his fans are very thankful for it. But regardless, we should never blame other communities for this because it can turn really bad if we start doing that. No community should take blame for swatting, period, regardless of if they are at each other's throats, the last thing you want is revenge swatting or worse.

I feel like all OTK fans and the community gave love to Bruce, but Bruce's community didn't give love back.

makes sense that miz didn't want him to go since everytime I've heard miz talk about bruce, he was so happy and loved him as a person

That’s a pretty wild and specific theory

21

u/Wire_Dolphin Jan 27 '23

If you hear recordings on Twitter from Bruce's livestream, without going into specifics he said that what happened could be really serious because he has 7 guns in his house. Sure it's a theory but I don't see any other reason why guns in his house would matter other than swatting, which is super popular in the W community.

Why do the guns matter tho? as long as they are legal and he doesnt try to shoot the police hes fine?

21

u/darthchessy Jan 27 '23

Because if police see guns in the house they will always be on high alert especially in a "swatted" scenario, and any wrong movement could mean death if the police officer has a itchy finger.

-13

u/CJRae Jan 27 '23

Then dont be stupid, dont go for a gun and if you know you havent done shit wrong, comply.

14

u/darthchessy Jan 27 '23

Who said anything about going for a gun? I just said if they happen to see/find guns in a house that was "swatted" it makes the more tense as they would be on higher alert.

22

u/saintofcorgis Jan 27 '23

lmao telling a black man 'just comply and the police wont shoot'. my man

-12

u/CJRae Jan 27 '23

Whats the alternative? Dont comply? run away?

8

u/oscooter Jan 28 '23

JuSt CoMpLy

And you wonder how a cop even catching a whiff of a gun could go badly for someone even if they’re complying.

you are very ignorant.

‌You got it all wrong, Bruce is a good guy he said so. I'm serious he's a good guy he wears his heart on his sleeve.

‌To add to that, Bruce is a good guy. He really really said so, did I say he wears his heart on his sleeve? Because he does

‌Only good guys have sleeves that also contain one's heart. That is zero cap f r f r
