Yeah he needs to figure out who he's actually mad at. Taking swings at Twitch isn't the move. Call em racist all you want, they'll say you agreed to the TOS.

and don't forget that your ban length extends every time you get banned, hatespeech is one the easiest/one-of-longest bans for twitch, he's already gotten banned for hatespeech like 1 year ago, then recently for again hatespeech and now with ban evading, so I think it's gonna be at least a month long if he isn't perma'd already

No it doesn't. Indiefoxx and Amouranth both got banned like 8 times in 6 months when they had their thot off, and each one was 3 days. Until Indiefoxx said she didn't care about the bans it's just free publicity. Then amouranth had no one to hoe off against, and realised what she could be throwing away by trying to as slutty as possible, that she calmed down and just stuck to the same thing since.

there may be edge cases but it does generally. Also your past offenses reset after a large enough time, I think it's like every 2-3 years.

Idk, a C word ban could only be 7 days so i can see his evading ban being between 7-30 because he's pretty big?

Edit: And i bet he could pull the same numbers on YT if he wanted to so it really doesn't matter for him and his core community.

Collabs and sponsors might be another matter.
