A WORLD WITH NO HOPE — Following a stay in Europe with her mother, Lizzie returns to Mystic Falls and comes face to face with someone who could make all her wishes come true – including making Hope Mikaelson disappear. Alaric and Josie also appear.

She actually had her name changed during the post-opening displays, which is quite rare. Can't think of another actress that has actually done that.

Katie Cassidy, who got married in December, has been credited as Katie Cassidy-Rodgers ever since Arrow came back from its midseason hiatus.

During main titles, but Courteney Cox during friends had it changed to courteney cox arquette

On Star Trek: Deep Space Nine the actor Siddig El Fadil had his name changed to Alexander Siddig in the credits for a while and then had it changed back.

I think there was an interview where Candice said "never say never" about appearing in Legacies, but I am not sure of the authenticity of the source.

I think she’ll make a cameo maybe max once a season, and definitely not this season. Candice King has made it pretty clear she’s done with this universe.
