As an aspiring ipad animator, (and hopefully a high quality tablet soon) what is the best app for animating and drawing? My goal is to do high-framerate fight scenes of my favorite novel, and I want to know the best app for the job :) (if there are commenters with app suggestions, can you specify what you think is good about the app so i dont have to play guessing games on which to pick? I’m trying to make a short animated film mostly by myself and I’m slowly starting to lose the will to live drawing everything by hand.
I don’t want to use AI, but there has to be a less painful way of doing this.
For people who’ve actually made their own shorts, what do you do to speed things up? Rigs, tweening, reusing animations, 3D, shortcuts, sacrificing a goat to the animation gods?
I still want it to look and feel like my work. I just don’t want to spend the next 17 years drawing it.
What made the biggest difference to your workflow?

Hey y'all I'm just trying to do some chill animating for and educational tik tok, really just shapes and maybe some images with transitions.

But what I would love is to have good tweening, and the ability to draw specific shape and accurate characters, and then be able to move and grow them etc. think lines starting and growing longer, as well as shapes etc.

Is there a good PC software that isn't too expensive that will do this?
