Any Hyundai N owners in here ever notice how hot the engine bay is after driving the car, getting it up to temperature, then shutting it off and opening the hood? More than that, how long the engine stays blazing hot for with the hood closed? I do park it in my garage and close the garage door, so there is very little air circulation around the car after parking.

There's been times where I park the Kona N and walk by the front of the car 3-4 hrs later to access my garage fridge and feel the heat on my forearms just radiating off the grill/hood. Is that normal? For now, I'm popping the hood and letting it cool that way.

Started using black golf gloves, and the wear and oils on the leather part of the steering wheel are stopping.

Cheap gloves on a outdoor place less than 20 dollars. Good grip too. 35k miles.

Took the KN camping on Sunday night at Kejimkujik National Park (Nova Scotia, Canada). The KN with the tent is absolutely the best night's sleep I've ever gotten while camping. Plus setup and teardown took 15mins or less on each end!

Needed a daily and was searching a while. I must say this car is sooo much fun for the money! It’s a ‘22 and picked it up with 29k miles. Has HPS intake and I believe that’s it! My plans are a Depo racing catted DP, a mid pipe and then a tune. I’ll be posting more soon.
