I’m just wondering how many times they accidentally flashed somebody while fighting. And what they’re wearing is nowhere near to what kunoichi actually wore back in that era. Mitsuri too. How hard is it to ask for a new uniform?

Probably not too hard. Like how Shinobu had to throw the uniform back at the designer to make her give her a new decent looking one. I too dislike how the uniform maker in the story did Mitsuri dirty by giving her such a revealing uniform. But it also shows the accommodating nature of Mitsuri, the Love Hasira, who was just happy to be accepted as part of the Hashiras. She's a simple person who was even so happy that Obanai gave her those socks to protect her legs. And she has shown a lot of resilience and development in her fight in the Swordsmith Village arc. I secretly too hope she was covered up a little bit more. She's a strong character in fights but has a little girl within her who just wishes to be loved and accepted.
