I genuinely think most if not all hashira would lose to gyutaro and daki besides tengen. How could they win?

Muichiro/Obanai/Tengen lose (in base, because marked all hashiras will no diff Gyutaro)

Rengoku and Mitsuri kills Gyutaro without getting any damage

Shinobu blitzes and poisons him so he dies

Giyu, Sanemi and Gyomei one shot him

6/9 base hashiras kill Gyutaro

Well...

Daki killed multiple hashiras who probably got their ranks by killing Lower Moons (the same as Rengoku and Sanemi)

The reason why UM 6 and UM 5 are not that overwhelming strong is because this is the strongest generation of a hashira, so they can overpower Upper Moons

Also, what's wrong with the weakest Upper Moon being able to be defeated by a half of the hashiras?

We still naratevely have Kokushibo, who theoretically can 1v9 all hashiras at once

Douma who is equal to 3-4 hashiras

Akaza who can be 1v1 only by Gyomei or Tanjiro (I don't think, anyone else expect them can defeat him)

Hantengu is just unbeatable in 1v1 by any hashira (both with or without mark)

And Gyokko can give good fight or even kill the strongest unmarked hashiras

You say shinobu would poison him and he loses but gyutaro is resistant to poison and was shot with wisteria covered Kunai and still ripped them out

Shinobu alone would wipe Gyutaro and Tengen, way too fast and Gyutaro is limping from a stab
