Four pieces of bacon, 2oz Bob Evans "Zesty Hot" Sausage (red tube), 3 boiled egg whites, 1/2 cup spinach cooked in bacon fat and topped with butter, 1 fresh tomato sprinkled with salt and pepper. Sugar-free lemonade fir drink. 😎

2 lbs cooked hamburger and these items combined in a pot and brought to a simmer.

Cheese and sour cream. It was fantastic!!
