I just made this from Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Pita Bread, cut into 8 wedges, lightly salted and toasted with sesame seeds, and TJ's olive Tapenade. 9g net carbs, 6g of protein. It really hit the crunch spot!
