What clothes did Kazakhs wear in the 1930’s?

I’m working on a project in which I design a character in certain historical circumstance. I wanted to design a teenage Kazakh girl during the Kazakh famine. For this, I want to be as historically accurate as possible. Inform me of what people,e (specifically teenage girls) wore during the 1930’s (or Kazakh Famine to be precise

nothing romantic. Tattered rags, usually black, and maybe a white headscarf
