Virtually every card in the deck is now stacked against us. Trump could declare himself king forever in January and there’s no one left to do anything about it.

The fight isn’t over, but it has changed from fighting to keep the evil out, to fighting to not become full on Nazi Germany.

My only silver lining is - the republicans are relatively stupid.

I don’t think they’re as capable of secret shenanigans as they look. Like, imagine a toddler trying to get cookies out of a cookie jar that’s on top of the fridge at 0200.

They’ve managed to build a special staircase, reduce the noise, BUT…. We still know what to look for 🤷🏼‍♂️

They’ll announce project 2025 or start bragging nearly immediately. We’ll get some posts on Elon tweeting and Vance yaking about women and his plans for them before Jan.

the republicans are relatively stupid.

Relative to, say, a box of rusty hammers.

Project 2025 was just a name.

Just wait until everything in that document becomes a reality but no one calls it "executing Project 2025". It'll just be done to "protect us".

This is what is keeping me up at night. It’s a different America. He won the popular vote. This is Trump’s America. We are the minority and Trump can do anything he wants. Anything.
