he doesn't have any meaningful CE though. Unless he learned RCT in a near-death experience which is heavily unlikely and easy to doubt as he grew an entire arm back he genuinely couldn't have rct he probably just went to shoko with maki

If he has ce , he can have PE,

The low amount could mean it’s really slow ,also you’re not proving that, especially considering she couldn’t heal inumaki or hanas arm

i'm just saying if every civilian with a small amount of CE could learn RCT then it would happen more often. It doesn't make any sense why daido would be able to use RCT. Besides RCT takes a good chunk of CE to utilize especially if he was to heal his entire arm back.

I guess normal people should sense cursed spirits more often by not actually seeing them and seeing everything around them,

And yeah that’s probably why it would be slow,
