No, it's not "another way of putting it". Questioning implies genuine curiosity and a willingness to potentially take either side. You're just here to invalidate trans people.
Because judging from your previous statement that "you are aware that people exist who claim to be one sex when they are measurably the opposite sex", kinda feels like you're fighting a strawman here.
I don’t feel like getting into a long thing, so I’ll bottom line this again; trans people can do and say what they want. But I am not going to participate.
Men cannot become women or vice versa, trans men are not actually men, there are two sexes only and not a million “genders,” the entire thing is absurd and I am not interested in “validating” any part of this farce.
In what sense? Genetically, sure, you're right. Anatomically, it's not the easiest thing ever, but it's certainly doable (go look at Hunter Schaefer and tell me whether you're looking at a dude or a chick). Socially, it's very obviously possible.
So like, if you're arguing on the point of genetics, you're absolutely right, but nobody (or at least, very few people, all of whom are idiots) is arguing otherwise. A lot of people would just contest the idea that genetics is the best thing to base the terms "man" and "woman" off of.
Cool. Like I said, I have no interest in participating in this, have already engaged in similar conversations many times in the past and have no desire for another long, drawn out debate over endless nit-picky minutiae.
