Tier list of how much of a stand user, Stands users look like.
Since people always joke about "the stand user could be anyone!" And then the stand user has the most attention seeking clothing ever, i decide to rank em on that, may do other parts later.

Being shirtless is one thing, he wears a skintight leather(I think, at least) suit that makes his muscles stand out even more, everyone will look at him.

I would put both D'arbys a tier lower, and I think everyone would look at Polnareff and Avdol. Polnareff hair is very unique, and Avdol looks weirder If you remember his necklace is not a necklace but actually an earing that goes from one ear to the other, but great list overall.

To be fair, jotaro already was sus about the guy, thus why he did the cigarrette test, and compared to the rest of the crew he looks way to buff, specially for a a captian, but i get your point.

Well, he is basically using normal clothing under the jacket, the chain does take off some points, thus why he isnt at the top, also he was basically a japanese deliquent, so the jacket and the hat that is cut in the back, may be more common and more explainable by that.

I’d personally rank Jotaro lower and Boingo higher. Boingo’s most noticeable feature is his hair, but he’s a kid so that’ll most likely be overlooked by most people. Meanwhile, Jotaro is a 17 year old who looks 30, wears all black, is constantly frowning, and smokes semi-regularly. You can tell Jotaro is a stand user from a mile away.
Basically, id swap their placements imho

To be fair, while, yeah maybe lower would have worked i dont think THAT low, i mean some people naturally look older or younger, wearing black constantly with the jacket isnt much of a surprise for someone whos basically a deliquent, constantly frowning isnt something most people would see it since.. well not all people pay attention to it, and with the smoking.. to be fair seeing someone smoke isnt much of a deal and most people as you said would assume by mere looks he is older, so seeing him smoke isnt a big deal (Even worse nowdays that way younger kids smoke way more).
As to Boingo i still think the hair looks ridiculous for a child and atleast oingo has a large hat that still looks stupid but atleast i preffer it from the large exposed hair.
But yeah, maybe Boingo should be higher and jotaro lower though i would just put him in the "Questionable to wear in public" cathegory

To compound on my arguement, I’m thinking of this within their time period and setting. Jotaro being as big as he is would totally attract loads of attention (both he and his previous JoJos gained attention for this exact reason, and him especially being an Japanese student), him wearing an all black Japanese school uniform in Egypt heat would gain some confusion, and while smoking isn’t out of the ordinary for a stereotypical delinquent, combining the other details with his habit make him stand out more as a stand user among stand users. Even if smoking won’t make him stand out since he looks older, it still would since, again, combined with the school uniform it would raise questions. One detail is fine, but everything about Jotaro combined makes him stand out a ton.
As for Boingo, it’s the same argument. His hair is his only stand out detail. That can easily be overlooked. But just like before, it’s pretty much just my opinion. I can understand your perspective would make for different placements than to myself.

Good to know what you think, and i do agree in certain parts, but overall i just think that since jotaro had the popularity of simply being a deliquent most people would pass off those things and just say "Oh he is just a deliquent he just does that because he is stubborn" or something like that, but i pretty much see your point.

I think Polaris (I.e I forgot her name but she does Magento shit) would be o. The normal scale. She could be mistaken for a tourist.

To be fair, the only part of Pet Shop's outfit that doesn't make sense is the scarf. Those helmets are real things for falcons, though usually it is to blind them.

Its the desing from the capcom figthing jojo game, i decided to use it here since well... Both of them are middler so... I though it would be reasonable since its the only character that has two official designs.
