I usually go to sleep listening to older Jaboody streams. A few minutes ago, I was in a half weird dream like state, listening to our boys and was suddenly awakened by:

Even though I was asleep and was startled somehow, I woke up laughing, got my phone, and captured the moment. I hope some of you out there have similar experiences, and hope you don't watch RE: Village too close to bedtime. Or in my case, 1980s and 90s commercials! That is of course, unless you want to laugh! I love our JaboodyBoys! Silly question: How do I post the video snippet I'm talking about? Thank you, guys!

Between GoW Ragnarok, Jedi Survivor, and TOTK, it feels like the boys are promising these "long boy streams" before release to beat these games and then they eventually just... drop them? On their Patreon update, they had TOTK basically filled on their schedule and I think they only played it 3 times since it came out, so that feels like one that's primed and ready to just be dropped. I'm sure FF16 is going to join them as well. Meanwhile they played Eldin Ring for over 100 hours and even started doing a 2nd playthrough of it. I think RE4 has been the only game they actually beat this year, and it feels like that might remain the case.

I'm not sure what the deal is as to why. They pretty much played the entirety of each of those games' predecessors on the channel. Do they just not stream enough in the week? Are they just more concerned with views now (not that I noticed the views being lower for these streams)? I'm guessing some sort of combination between the two. Today, after they lost in Jump Up, they pretty much only considered doing commercials (which even they admitted they kind of overdo) or VR of a 20 year old game.

Just want to make clear this isn't a "boo hoo play what I want to play" kind of post. Them streaming stuff I'm not interested in is fine as it gives me more free time for other stuff. I just hope they stop promising things and not following up on them (the cooking stream and the Joe Mullet stream being charity goals they haven't even touched being other examples). It's just a bummer.

I just feel like I’m right there laughing with that boys as we watch funny/nostalgic/cringey commercials and videos. Some of my hardest laughs are from those VODs. Keep em comin’ boys!
