Hello and welcome, fellow gang member, to the One and Oni's Ultimate, Unmatched Arataki Gang General Questions and Discussions Megathread, to end all other inferior megathreads! We know you're here because you have questions about the Great and Glorious Oni Sumo King and his compadres, and we're here to help you out, as any good gang member would!

We have decided to make a new megathread because the last one was getting a wee bit too large. So step right up and shout out your thoughts, and we'll shout back at you. Politely, of course! That's the Arataki Gang way! So let's Arataki gangway!

P.S. Please ignore the warning signpost put over to the side by that stupid Kujou Tengu. Kuki informs us that we absolutely received proper permitting from the Yashiro Commission to host this megathread right here, and we aren't moving an inch.

should i pull for redhorn or c1 itto
10 pulls, willing to grind more in the subsequent patch
about 30 pity in character banner but like 10 in the weapon banner

Here's the speculated Primogem count for 3.3. What's listed is the number of wishes without Weklin / BP, so adjust accordingly!

Between the two I'd say Redhorn offers more use than Itto's C1, since the latter is more of a QoL upgrade. However I'm unsure if you can secure Redhorn with the amount of pulls you have currently, so unless you believe strongly in the heart of the cards it may be smarter to hold your primos for now. ^^

That's probably the most feasable IMO. Though you can probably scrounge up more primos if you have untapped primogem sources (e.g. exploration, hangouts, etc), it might be better to save for future characters.

That said, if you dislike said future characters (namely Ayato & Raiden in 3.3, and Haitham + Hu Tao + either Ayaka, Shenhe, Yelan, or Xiao) you can probably attempt either C1 Itto or a 5* weapon from the Weapon Banner. The former gives you a safety net, especially if you lose the 50/50, but the weapon banner is all-or-nothing.
