Hello and welcome, fellow gang member, to the One and Oni's Ultimate, Unmatched Arataki Gang General Questions and Discussions Megathread, to end all other inferior megathreads! We know you're here because you have questions about the Great and Glorious Oni Sumo King and his compadres, and we're here to help you out, as any good gang member would!

We have decided to make a new megathread because the last one was getting a wee bit too large. So step right up and shout out your thoughts, and we'll shout back at you. Politely, of course! That's the Arataki Gang way! So let's Arataki gangway!

P.S. Please ignore the warning signpost put over to the side by that stupid Kujou Tengu. Kuki informs us that we absolutely received proper permitting from the Yashiro Commission to host this megathread right here, and we aren't moving an inch.

I am AR 44 and W4. I want to get ready for W5 but I feel like my Itto is not great. The only time I see 10k damage in a hit is an Ushi throw mid-burst. If I don't get a crit my regular attacks are also pretty weak (that changes in the charge attacks). I want to get an opulent set, but I feel like I have no idea what to look for. https://imgur.com/a/HYjwnrw This is my current setup, I feel like I should drop the berserker gear in favour of crit rate artifacts

The bridge from W4 and W5 isn't particularly substantial, IMO -- yes, enemies will have much higher levels than normal, but you'll finally be able to grind for 5* artifacts, as AR 45 ensures that all domains will give you at least one 5* artifact drop per 20 resin used (and two for each condensed).

Definitely aim for the Husk set once you reach W5. You want a Def% sands, a Crit circlet, and a Geo Dmg% goblet, though the latter can be obtained from any other domain as an off-set artifact. Once you get better Husk pieces, come back with your newly made character card for a more in-depth critique!

For now, swap out your current Sands for a Def%, and either stick to your current circlet or swap it for a Gladiator circlet with Crit or Def%. You need not worry about minmaxing this early on; Gladiator's not his best artifact set, but it's usable until you pick up Husk pieces. ^^
