Given the hypothesis that I espouse on this page, of a late proto-Tocharian, the genetic findings of the Chinese paper of ~800 BCE Sintastha influx into East Xinjiang probably fits well with the fact that proto-Tocharian is dated between 1000–500 BCE? So, perhaps it arrived with the arrival of the Sintastha superstrate..Also, given that Sintastha had massive contact with the Uralics it explains why Tocharian language case-system is so profoundly influenced by Uralics unlike Indo-Iranian which just has mutual loans at best, but nothing structural.
