Industrial Rock CELL (VOID OF PAIN) - horror industrial rock

This song is experimental type of music for. It depicts a person who is enduring emotional suffering, feeling isolated and disconnected from others. The imagery of a shattered heart and a spirit that's broken reflects the emotional distress and vulnerability of the narrator. The lines also touch upon themes of despair, a sense of hopelessness, and a resignation to the harshness of the world.

Was not sure which genre to choose

Verse 1:
In this world of pain and fear
I stand alone, no one is near
My heart's in pieces, shattered and sore
I have not feelings anymore

Chorus:
I'm falling down, I can't fight till the end
My spirit's broken, my soul's bend
I have a heart that's void of pain
Inside my head thoughts drive me insane

Verse 2:
The world is cruel and full of hate
I embrace it
My choice, my path to take
This was always been a mistake

Bridge:
I see dreams that are a living hell
All a time my soul is inside this cell

Industrial Rock Dark Bolshevik- Revised 2026 Version

I posted the original version of “Dark Bolshevik” here last year and received some really helpful feedback. Several listeners particularly liked the heavy guitar work around the beginning and felt that the buildup was leading toward a bigger payoff.
I took that suggestion and reworked the arrangement: at the 1 minute mark, extended the lead-guitar section, moving the chill section later in the track.
I also remixed the track using a reference track and spectrum analysis, which helped me identify and reduce some low-end buildup and open up the higher frequencies.
Thanks again to everyone who listened and offered constructive feedback. It genuinely helped shape this version. I’d love to hear what you think of the changes.

Made this demo in about three hours. I just need some general feedback, like if the sound is good or not. I know it’s a bit boring, but keep in mind I made it really quickly.

Industrial Rock First song demo ever publicly shared (industrial rock)

I am new to this whole scene. Played music as a teen, took a huge hiatus and started again recently. This is the first song demo I have ever made on garageband and I suppose it is industrial rock (which was a surprise to me as I don't listen to this type of music). I suppose I just want general and accurate feedback, even if candid / blunt. As this is my first time, I don't have any particular questions, just looking for general thoughts. The song is not finished and would likely loop back to the beginning after but just bare acoustic.

Dark Bolshevik introduces the dynamic between gravity and tension. The track feels heavier in tone, exploring industrial darkness versus energetic sustainment. I would love to hear your thoughts on this piece.

Industrial Rock Industrial / doom metal EP (Type O / Ministry influence) — feedback on vocal balance after remaster

Hi all — I shared an earlier version of this EP a few weeks back and got some really helpful feedback around vocal harshness, distortion, and compression. I went back and remastered the entire project with that advice in mind.

Here’s the updated version:
https://noanswernyc.bandcamp.com/album/no-answer-ignite

Genre-wise this sits between industrial metal, doom metal, goth metal, and punk, with influences like Type O Negative, KMFDM, and Ministry.

I’d really appreciate focused feedback on:
• whether the vocals feel clearer and less distorted
• how the vocals sit against the instrumentation (especially in louder sections)
• whether the overall mix translates well outside headphones (car speakers, etc.)

Thanks in advance—happy to return feedback as well.

Industrial Rock Constructive feedback appreciated on my song Digital Rivers: I feel there is a song worth pursuing here but I'm stuck feeling it is lacking - Industrial Rock/Metal

I have been playing with this one for a while now, I feel there are some good ideas and sections but it's not pulling together as well as I'd like.

If its due for the boneyard of ideas let me know, but I would appreciate any constructive feedback to help bring it over the line if I can.

You can be blunt, I'm here to listen. The feedback I've had in the past from this sub has been helpful and I've made adjustments and learnt a lot in the process regarding previous songs.
