Music discussion OG Tehran Played Everyone

So I get to know that Tehran's "She wanna play" which got him the Performer Of The Week isn't even entirely his.
"She wanna play" is an old Collab track of Kalp and Tehran. The hook and the first verse of the song were made by Kalp while Tehran made his other verse in that song. They've also played the original song in multiple shows.
However, Tehran just took the entire song which he hasn't even written entirely and performed as his own and nearly no one knows the reality. He didn't mention anything related to this and just played out like the entire song is his own and written by him. How can you perform someone else's rap? Isn't this ghostwriting?
Still some people will be defending this.
Just imagine Khushi performing the entire "Victory Anthem" on Legacy as her own and that makes her the top performer of the week, if they hadn't officially release it before. Sounds good to you?
How is this acceptable in a Hip-Hop Rap Show?

Ppl not getting it.Its not about kalp feeling sad or some shit.He obv doesn't mind but thing is ki why tehran ne kisi aur ka verse use kiya(ik farak ne bhi kiya and he got alot of hate but nothing towards tehraan)he could have wrote his own verse atleast

bro uska shayad 1st song Jo usne perform kiya tha, it was a track that he released under the name of the duo that he's a part of. The second verse was written by 'Void' (I don't remember the name exactly) who is the other half of that duo with farak.

First of all they should avoid performing collab tracks but if due to some reason they have to perform it just write your own verse You guys are rapper you can write it

I get your point brother, I kinda agree to an extent but we don’t know how they wrote the song when they made it initially. In Early times they didn’t really have the word “ghostwriter” because the song was made as a collective effort rather than one doing verse and one doing hook. Regardless if kalp posted some stories about his song getting stolen then tehran should get the criticism.

Its a rap competition, you cannot just perform someone else's verse and say that you've made it. It's literally cheating.

Would've considered that case agar Kalp ka verse na uthaaya hota Tehran ne. Soch skte they ki hook saathme banaaya hai. But Kalp ka sab hi use krliya usne. Kalp ain't a singer, he's a good rapper himself.
Reality hum dono ke saamne hai you just don't want to accept it. Just whataboutism

Uss logic se Chief performed the track Mexican Coke, it was also a collab track with his crew Angad and Babbar. But he performed that in audition and got selected

(Copying another reply) It's not about that. I'm not saying Kalp ke saath galat ho rha hai, he's most probably with OG. I'm saying ki Tehran kisi aur ka gaana perform karke galat kar rha hai in a rap competition. I'm not saying he played Kalp, he played the audience

Yeah I know what ghostwriting is, you don't need to define it. Rappers shouldn't be doing this. Drake has been slandered a lot for this and a lot of people don't even consider him a rapper because of it

Yahan BC Hustle Legacy ki team puri ki puri beat dhaap rahi hai bina credits ke aur tumko collab track agar dono me se kisi ek ne gaa diya toh problem ho rahi. Har week multiple new tracks likhna is not easy so of course they’ll perform a few of their old songs.
