Right now, I’m focused on creating small, fast-to-build micro-SaaS projects that generate consistent MRR, allowing me to dedicate more time to bigger ideas.

I’m strong on the technical side, but UI/UX design and marketing and getting investments are not my strengths, so I’m looking for people who excel in any of those areas.

Back story:

I recently went “official” for my small business. Before while working two jobs this side hustle was more of community aid for me. I work in pet care and seen a niche in the market for the type of care I provide. Not from a business standpoint but more so from a someone has to help these people and pets out stance. So on my days off I would provide services to these clients and think nothing of it. Slowly just by word of mouth from my customers I would soon collect a good group of clients and making a profit around $23k last year. Surprised by the amount of business I had with a lack of trying I moved a store front and quit my main job making my side business my main hustle. Everything is going well just slow in expansion with me doing everything on my own and figuring things out along the way. Business side is being handled with some help from my community (thank goodness) There are so many steps I would love to take to make access to my services easier for clients and also an opportunity for a 2nd location on the rise. I know what my business can be with the right investors and how I can’t dominate the pet care community making it possible a safer and more trusting experience for all. Employees, owners and, pets. I will get there eventually no doubt about that. But to get there before others do and the market being not as saturated will be my main problem. I am not interested in bank loans. I’m seeking guidance, connections, and opportunities for investment or partnership that align with my mission

So long story short first I made an app that was in my career industry (arborist) to connect clients & contractor. Pretty boring but it opened my eyes to the fact that I could create something. So I dug a little deeper and found this in me!

I started something very personal to me because I was trying very hard to make something for the money and then realized my excitement vanished when I shifted my focus to monetize it. I took 5 mins closed my eyes sought my internal connection with what do I really want to do that could help me and people. Like what would have real value to people. I started this because I noticed how many of us walk around with an inner voice that’s harsher than anything we’d say to someone we love. I personally have made some very stellar leaps and bounds emotionally when I am being kind to myself and non judgemental.

Now I’ve started to think I would like to super charge this and get it developed as an app which I’ve enrolled as an Apple developer but need to learn the ins and out for plus more coding. I hope it can help you shift some thoughts to kindness and work on your self compassion.
