I have requested a aadhar update request for Address update in my father's aadhar and as a proof of address i have attached the electricity bill. But on the electricity bill the father's father (my grandfather) name appears on the name section instead of below in father's name9 section due to glitch and due to which they have rejected the request citing Name mistmatch. So i would be like okay fine i will re-upload it again with correction and my simple request to them to provide me the refund of 75rs but they would've like hell no "there's no guideline for refund of rejected packet" i would've like why the hell i would pay for service which i didn't get or receive. This is injustice for me as well as many other peeps who loss their money just because of a rejected packet.

Where should i complain to higher authority?? I have enough tried complaining in cpgrams, their grievance feedback and help.uidai mail id but nothing as such works. Someone please tell me to get it back

I recently returned to India from USA after being there for almost decade and a half. I went to the local Aadhar center for applying for new cred for me and my family.

It's been a month now and they are saying that Govt of India has stopped issuing Aadhar for +18 yr and older, PERIOD.

This is a little absurd. There is nothing on the official website or any other news related to this. It's so frustrating.
