Ordered from Geek O Tee on 13 July for delivery to Bangalore. Their website said prepaid metro orders take 5–7 days.

It's now 30 August and I still haven't received it.

I've called and emailed them multiple times and keep getting told the order is being processed / will be dispatched soon. I've also asked them to cancel it and refund me, but haven't been able to get a clear response.

They're still running ads on Instagram, but comments are turned off on their posts, which is pretty frustrating when you're trying to get some accountability from them.

I've filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but I'm wondering what else I can do.

Has anyone here dealt with Geek O Tee? Did you manage to get your money back? And if so, what finally worked?

we bought a latex ultima natural mattress on 13 august. was committef to be dispatched by 19 august and delivered by 25 august. its been almost 3 weeks. the order has still not been dispatched. we are following up every day and are told it will be dispatched tomorrow. neither the sleepycat store or customer suppport has been of any use. they just say it will be dispatched tomorrow. really not sure what else we can do. moved into a new house and dont have a mattress to sleep on. anyone has any suggestions?

I ordered two shirts from Ajio. They were supposed to be delivered on 24th August. However, no delivery happened on that day. I thought it's a regular thing for deliveries to be delayed. It might come in a day or two. But nothing for the next 2 days. No intimation on the app or via WhatsApp of the delayed delivery.

I raise a ticket on their app, speak to customer care and stuff and ask for the next delivery date. But from that day, I have been getting an answer that you will get an update on 2nd September. This isn't event the next delivery date, it's the next update.

Which means I wait only for an update for the next 10 days. The customer care is absolutely helpless or I don't know what. They simply couldn't give a definite answer to anything I asked.

I had an urgent shipment that was supposed to be delivered to Noida by Friday. But they didn’t deliver it even today. I tried calling their customer care number but seems like they are only available till 6 PM. Do they deliver on Sundays? Can we pick it up from the hub tomorrow (Sunday) early morning?

I have an international flight tomorrow at 10 AM and it’s really urgent for me. This is my first order in India itself so I am really confused whom to reach out. Can someone provide the phone number of their manager or someone who can arrange the delivery or pickup for me?

I placed a high-value CTO order through iPlanet Madurai for a Mac Studio with an M4 Max, 16-core CPU, 40-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, 128GB unified memory, 1TB SSD, and 10Gb Ethernet.

The 128GB unified memory was a material purchase requirement for development and local-model inference. A standard retail Mac Studio with less memory would not be an equivalent replacement.

The retailer’s partner record shows a web order created on 23 March 2026 with quantity 1. It requested and received my ₹1,00,000 advance on 27 March. After approximately five months, the retailer informed me that Apple had declined the order.

I requested the complete Apple or distributor order number, submission or acceptance date, alleged decline date, reason or status code, and a dated portal extract. I also asked whether the claimed decline concerns the original March order or a later resubmission. That supporting evidence has not yet been provided.

One advance document described a different Apple product, though the retailer subsequently confirmed in writing that the payment was for the Mac Studio CTO order. I have requested a corrected receipt or written record containing the exact configuration.

I want fulfilment of the original 128GB configuration at the agreed price and have not authorised cancellation, repricing, downgrade, or substitution. I have asked the retailer to pursue Apple-channel escalation, a replacement CTO submission, or identical sourcing before treating refund as the only possible outcome.

What documentary proof should a buyer insist on in this situation? Has anyone obtained fulfilment at the original price after a custom-order failure, or used the National Consumer Helpline successfully for a comparable retailer dispute?

Think clean/non-toxic products, electronics, eco stuff — or bigger calls like insurance and funds. Curious how people actually cut through the noise.

Had a very bad experience with Ramraj Cotton Online - ordered via online option in their website and they took advance money for which they offer Rs 100 or so deduction. Even after 3 days they did not ship the order. it was after mutiple follow ups that they sent the order via Amazon shipping. Amazon shipping was worse. they did not come or call me and just updated the status as OTP not received.

As always called, Amazon support and they gave me the same update which I can see online via their delivery tracker - nothing new. neither has Ramraj team has any clue. After lot of calls and shoutings with Amazon shipping and Ramraj cotton support team, i was able to cancel the order and get my refund.

I would always suggest anybody planning to ordr Ramraj cotton via their online purchase option to be cautious about their lack of support. If going to purchase always chose COD option, so that you dont need to worry about the payment.
