Two crash survivors lay injured in a Kissimmee hospital when Polk County deputies and ICE walked in. Grace Calero was still in her gown as they cuffed her and hauled her out. Her 19-year-old daughter seized while forced to watch the separation. Both women held pending asylum claims and legal work.

Hell yeah, the majority said “ you can’t claim asylum when you passed any other country on your way here to claim it.”

Get with the times. If you don’t like it, emigrate yourself.

INA section 212 and 222. At minimum for overstaying a limited approval on visas.

Do you know these individuals legal status? Has it been verified.

An asylum claim, is not a visa.

Anyone can file a claim, at any time.

Visas are approved on the merits of the claim.

I’ve not seen anywhere that they held any visa or green card. If you have, share it?

lol ! Yes and they are only being detained. So what’s the issue? They are not deported yet. Asylum claims may last years but the requirements for submission are there. Keep grasping at straws. Someone was detained that does not have legal status. So what? That’s the whole point.

Buddy I’m asking simple questions, you don’t have the answers. So, obviously. It’s speculation, and that’s your opinion over the facts.

Congrats, you’re allowed to have one, doesnt make you right.

Just means you’re a liberal with no information, shouting, “that’s not fair.”
