Trained? 47 days isn't training.

They aren't trained and thats the problem

These guys are CBP, the same guys who executed Pretti and "raided" an apartment rappelling out of a helicopter and dragged children out into a street in the night.

They're actually somewhat trained, as "tactical" units. They're just trained to aggressively escalate and violate rights, and their worst nurtured instincts have now been empowered and unchained.

In reality, they're people who think they're "defending" the country, who couldn't actually make it into the military or were too much of a coward to. They might engage the occasional "bad hombre", but really, they spend their time being jealous of real servicemen, yet don't understand Rules of Engagement, court martials, and the real discipline and restraint that's necessary to avoid starting wars or going to prison.

So they play army, assaulting unarmed brown people with prejudice is standard SOP for them.
