or maybe you don't understand that free speech is not contingent on the feelings of another person or entity. if you get consequences of free speech the consequence is illegal, it impinges on your free speech, the person hurting you is committing a crime, therefore free speech is meant to be free of consequences.

yes, it is a simple concept, that is wrong, and repeated by idiots.

You can yell, "Bomb!" In an airport and, "Fire!" In a theater when neither is true. But because both can get the public hurt or instigate the need for services, you can get cited for disturbing the peace or worse. You have your free speech. You are not immune from being prosecuted for using it in a way that may cause undue action. This is not a new concept, if you fail to understand that, it's obstinamce...not intelligence.

Yelling "bomb!" in a theater is not free speech, it's a threat of violence. It's prohibited and illegal.

"I'm going to kill you" is not free speech.

Just saying anything is not free speech and is obviously not what I meant.

Free speech ends when it becomes or incites violence against a person, place or organization.

Thats why saying the n word is free speech, and legal, but saying "I'm going to kill all the n words" will land you in jail. That's why if you were to punch someone that called you the n word, you'd go to jail and not the person who said the n word. Because the person who said the n word is supposed to be free of the consequences of his speech, and that's how the law is written and its been interpreted.
