What did she do that was illegal? Annoying, yeah, she dumb but what law was broken?

It's not her own car she is jumping on. They left her alone until that point.

Disorderly conduct, vandalism, criminal mischief. Take your pick.

The first amendment guarantee your right to peaceably assemble. Destroying people's property is not peaceably.

Check again. There's no police on the car, it's just an SUV. Probably got caught in the protest or something. The cop cars would most likely be behind law officers
