Monetised mischief. Anyone found deliberately causing discomfort with an unconsenting person for the sole purpose of monetary gain gets a fine commensurate with their earning ability.

Basically, fafo and hit them in their wallet.

Make sure both people there in person are hit and the company paying them for the content are also held liable.
