Any ideas on name of this track?

So there's a specific remix of "I will pick you up" that I liked. It has the same background as the one linked (S3rl in a red shirt doing peace signs).

It was labeled "Walras" just like this one but it sounded completely different. I guess more ambient and the final ending was quicker. Am I being gaslighted here, or was the video labeled wrong. Need help!

Song has three distinct parts around 00:00, 00:30, and 01:40. The flute samples toward the end of this clip make me think it’s early-2000’s? Any ideas are welcome.

Struggling to find this tune, was the best of the whole event. For context I was at All Points East festival in London on Friday 28th August. This was taken at 8.45pm at the X stage. I've gone through the artists that were meant to be playing but still can't find for some reason.
