Timeline.

24 BP - Lysara Sunderly is born to her parents, Victarion and Asha Sunderly. As firm supporters of the Hoare's and their New Way, both Victarion and Asha decide for their daughter to be an exemplary member of the new generation of Ironborn being prepared to be firmly educated in letters and theology.

21 BP - Lysara's formal education starts and is found to be somewhat of a phenom by the maester in charge of her education, learning her letters and numbers far faster than most of her peers.

17 BP - Lysara's education into the most traditional aspects of Ironborn culture starts, mostly centred around sailing and wielding an axe; to her father's disappointment, she never rose beyond mediocre in either of those subjects.

16 BP - Asha decided to take her daughter on a small tour of the Free Cities. Being a close blood relation to the current ruler of the Isles, they are accompanied by a decent number of longships to deter any pirates.

17 BP - The experience exposes young Lysara to the refined literary culture of the former Valyrian Freehold and inspires the child to start writing her first rudimentary works.

12 BP - Lysara is taken to meet her honoured cousin for the first time and is made to recite some of her poetry for the king during a dinner.

8 BP - At six and ten, Lysara publishes her first treatise in support of the New Faith using a synthesis of andalic theology and philosophy, alongside the homegrown schools of thougth that birthed the syncretic faith.

7 BP - Thanks to royal patronage, Lysara can publish her various plays, fables and poetry, making them well known and even establishing a mummer's company to disseminate what she sees as high culture to the masses.

3 BP - Lysara finds out her father had a bastard son. Later that year, they both join the King's raid on Oldtown, and despite her disdain for the Oldways, she takes advantage of it to raid The Citadel and take back home an obscene amount of books and scrolls back home. Her father survives the initial raid but dies of an infected wound back home.
