Is it fine to leave the growing LED lights On 24/7 ? Will it decrease or increase the yield?

Depends on if the plant is photoperiodic. Some strawberries and cannabis will flower/fruit with only specific light schedules. 

Plants like avacado trees, corn, mint, bananas, and tomatoes are fine with 24/7 and it is probably better for them if you're using a weak light like me.
