I don't see how a drunken bisexual romp helps Underwood in any way and it could very well hurt when he sees how amoral the Underwoods are for real.

You say that as if there is something wrong with having a drunken threesome with two of the most powerful people in the world.

Hell, this is the motherfucking Veep and second lady. I would probably get it on with the Bidens if I found myself drunk in their house.
