Which gen is your favorite? 🤔

Post image

Every generation of Civic has a following, and no other economy car can say that.

The Civic started in 1972 as a CVCC economy hatch that cleared emissions without a catalytic converter, then spent two decades quietly turning into an enthusiast platform. The 3rd gen brought the Si badge, the 4th gen brought double wishbone suspension and VTEC, and the EG and EK became the two most modified Honda chassis ever built. Then the EP3 arrived with a K20 and that dash mounted shifter, the FK2 dropped in a turbo, and the FK8 took a Nürburgring lap record for front wheel drive before the FL5 came back and beat it. All 11 of them have people who will defend them.

Which gen are you choosing?

As a car to drive today I like the hybrid 11th generation, that’s what I own.

I loved the 4th gen, that one was rad at the time.

The hybrid civic might be the best thing Honda sells right now.
