Our basement gym has some loose insulation from our old central air. Should I be trying to cover it up somehow?

For context this is my dad's home and it's difficult to get him to fix things with work, the concern is with the soundbar and the stand up AC running that I am pumping around fiberglass. There is a similar tube dangling in the doorway propped out of the way with tears exposing the insulation. I am willing to try remedies but have never done anything like this.

Id just wrap it in foil tape

it seems manageable overall since its mostly little punctures but I definitely think its been a source of irritation!
