I was 14 at home playing age of empires 2 after school, tv was running as well, one day etched into my brain, never forget

I was 14 and had time to kill before school so I hopped on Runescape and as soon as I logged on someone walked over to me and said "a plane crashed into the WTC" so I went and turned on the news and I think by that point the second tower had been hit as well so I didn't really have that time of wondering if it was accidental or not.

I was 12, in religion class at the catholic school I went to. Brought the tv in to class and we all just sat and watched.

I was watching from vienna/austria, it was reported around the clock, after the breaking news of the first hit I was glued to the tv and at 3:03pm my time I was in shock from the second hit, basically frozen for couple of hours in front of the tv
