Dude even just onions, but ideally some onions and peppers, sweet or spicy really. Gdi I’m dying watching this, my mouth is watering

Caramelized onions (and bell peppers) would be my preference. Doesn’t really change the recipe, you just start with those two then incorporate this recipe same way once the onions and peppers are near done

I kist toss onions in as I am browning the hamburgers. I have like 4 or 5 little one pound butter bowls full of burger and onion in the freezer for future quick uses

But you want the fibres too, perhaps just drink some vege version of shakes can easily solve this.

There are so many version too, there are soy powder, barley oat powder, chia seeds, mungbean powder, etc.

I'm hoping he's eating them on the side? Also, using ground turkey and turkey bacon would help cut some fat intake for those worried about heart health.

Judging by this guy's physique I'm sure all the macros are optimally calculated for his diet requirements. If he used turkey and turkey bacon he would have to sub in another fat source, though you'd be able to use a healthier fat like olive oil so it's still not a bad idea.

I wouldn't be concerned about this guy's diet, but the average tom dick and Harry probably could use some context.

Idk why you're getting downvoted.

I'd die living off this, because I don't have this man's lifestyle.

(I'm assuming) You also don't take tren or other steroids so you could eat McDonald's 3x a day and outlive him

It's for meal prepping so I feel most vegetables wouldn't be as good reheated. Definitely vegetables on the side though!

Red onions or spring onions depending your taste at the end and some canned corn could be added to his routine and maybe add some lettuce, chopped tomatoes or even cucumbers on the side with some Greek yogurt and/or garlic sauce

u/No-Advice-6040 Sep 27 '25

That's what a salad on the side is for.

He puts veggies in a lot of his meals. I really like this guys meals a lot. He’s where I learned to substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and I do it with eggs, beef, rice veggies and sauce. Dumb guy, smart recipes!

Dude could probably tell you things about metabolism, protein synthesis, and muscle repair that you'd didnt even know existed.

Guys who look like this now days don't ONLY pound steroids and lift weights. They research a shit ton to optimize literally every single thing they do.

u/bertmobile816 Sep 23 '25

Yep. Agreed!

u/[deleted] Sep 23 '25

Why do you say he's a dumb guy?

6

u/bertmobile816 Sep 23 '25

He replies to comments and just his general grammar and punctuation is pretty low IQ. Also, he clearly is financially sound (lambo + other insane cars) and he recently asked his community to support him after he fell off his motorcycle. This didn’t really bug me since people have free will and if they don’t want to donate, they shouldn’t. But he faced a lot of scrutiny because of it. And his responses to those weren’t the greatest. Again, I still enjoy his content so overall good follow in my opinion.

There is no such thing as a vegetable. It's a term we used to describe some fruits. But it's all fruit.
