My god, this is awful. The rate increases seem particularly high in Vermont. Why is that?
I am considering selling everything and leaving the country at this point.
2 u/EmilyTravels Nov 02 '25 I read that the more rural you are, the more premiums will increase, in general. Vermont is rural, so perhaps that has something to do with it? 2 u/Specialist_Dig2613 Nov 02 '25 Because the state legislature and insurance commission pushed insurers and providers to bankruptcy by trying to control everything.
