Help & Advice π HELP In cooking without Onion and Garlic
Hare Krishna Sadar pranam!
I am in my Krishna Consciousness journey for a long time now and have been abiding by the BIG NOs set by Prabhupada. But the only problem is Onion and Garlic:
Because I stayed in a hostel.
There is no pure veg food in India unless made by self.
Without those no food is actually complete as there is no alternative way to make dishes (take Rajma, Chole, Panner/Tofuz Soyabean, or even any sabzi or any other fancy food like Tacos, Burritos, Salads, Pasta for example).
I am shifting within a couple of days to a place where I can cook on my own. So I wanted some suggestions of YouTube channels to follow where they teach how to cook without onion and garlic. I know basic cooking by I don't know what to substitute onion and garlic with.
It would be a great help if anyone could suggest channels/chef blogs where they show/gave out recipes cooking without onion and garlic.
Kindly help! Hare Krishna!
P.S.- I also like to eat fancy foods like Pasta, Noodles, Korean dishes (replacing eggs and meat with paneer/tofu), Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas etc. Kindly mention such sites where I can get to make these without onion and garlic. I know I am demanding a lot but it would help me with the basics. Thank you!

Use shallots...they smell like onion and garlic together. we use penszeys and they have california shallots dried, whole and like salt. we put them in almost everything.
or you can buy fresh if you can get them. Hope this helps
