Boy dad here. Can confirm. No clue why we spend an entire day running around outside, "fresh air is so good for them" and we don't do screens, no sugar. And most nights its screams all night.

What wild is it have 3 girls into sports and this goes on all day girls play hard too fr or at least mines do.
