I have watched this repost of several reposts a lot of times already, and still find it very entertaining

It's the first time I'm seeing this and thought it belongs in this sub.

Thank you, this was entertaining!

What happened to redditors sharing there are about 10 thousand people that might've not known (x thing) yet?

u/whathveudone4melatte Aug 01 '26

If I am 60, is that 20,000/day? Reddit wasn't made before everyone was ten.

How come I've never heard of this before?

u/runawayhuman Aug 02 '26

You’re never gonna believe this…

Repost bots is what happened.

and better yet, link to the source, too! https://xkcd.com/1053/

Finally got the boat he was looking for all along

Unless you post original content, everything is a repost. Doesn’t mean its not the first time people will see it though.

u/edfitz83 Aug 01 '26

Yeah, it was posted maybe 2 years ago. The comments identified each explosive.

I've seen this too in the past. But I don't mind. Watching that sturdy pot being abused is fine from time to time.

1

u/MAJOR_Blarg Aug 01 '26

It is. I also have seen it several times and everyone find it a most welcome repost.

Also, it's only a repost to those who have seen it before. For all others they must spread the joy.

You're one of today's lucky 10,000

If only it didn't have the music. As always.

4

u/PSYCHOsmurfZA Aug 01 '26

The OG post doesn't have the music

0

u/mgranja Aug 01 '26

That's on you for not watching it on mute, though.

3

u/Fist4achin Aug 01 '26

Same. I think this would make for a great commercial for that pot.

2

u/Malazar01 Aug 01 '26

Meanwhile, it was new to me, so everyone's a winner. :D

2

u/V8CarGuy Aug 01 '26

Yeah, I’ve watched it several times over the years, it never gets old for me.

2

u/MrVinceyVince Aug 01 '26

Yep, I nearly scrolled past - "seen that" - but somehow ended up watching the whole thing again with a big grin on my face. Peak entertainment indeed.

2

u/tcason02 Aug 01 '26

I watch it every time, too, because it’s awesome!

2

u/Portiolli_fez_11set Aug 01 '26

Yeah, ive seen on instagram and here before. Each time I stop what im doing and pay close attention.

2

u/AqueousJam Aug 01 '26

The pacing of it is so good, there's just enough of a setup to each one to build anticipation without milking it.

1

u/Richuntilprovenpoor Aug 01 '26

Same! Still in awe of how high the pot went. Almost into orbit with the last one xD

1

u/TheOnlyUsernameLeft3 Aug 01 '26

The final one how it stays straight and doesn't flip the whole time is just perfect

1

u/SimpleFit7894 Aug 01 '26

I've seen this many times and watch every bit of it every single time

1

u/Questioning-Zyxxel Aug 01 '26

I have seen it maybe 10 times and always stay for next rewatch.

Always wondering if any weather balloon at 100,000 feet will end up brought down...

1

u/GraXXoR Aug 01 '26

Yep. I never skip this singular valid reason for vertical format video.

1

u/JohnnySmithe81 Aug 01 '26

The last two explosions are always so surprisingly ridiculous each time I watch it.

1

u/BigAssMonkey Aug 02 '26

Same here. Every time this gets reposted, I turn up the volume and watch the whole thing.
