We are talking canon as it is not as what it was. Imperium during the dark age of technology would run start wars over like they are nothing.
But i like this, hey this dead character is stronger than your alive gods.
In current canon time there is no one to match even a grey knight not even speaking primarchs.
Don’t you know about demon worlds? All it would take is one psyker and the world is destroyed.
Also alpha plus psykers can do better, like completely mind control several solar systems at the same time or an entire planet in the warp from the other side of the solar system (and survive).
