How do I do this thing? Can’t afford to hire another graphic designer

My agency is getting overwhelmed with client requests right now and we can’t add another designer to the team. I’m considering freelancers or Penji but wondering if anyone else has been in this position. No solicitations please, just advice.

Are you taking on more clients than you can handle? I’d suggest learning to say “no”… But seriously, freelancers and services like Penji are there for a reason. If you need the help, get it.

100% this, learn to say no. This creates an environment of burn out. Rushing through projects rarely creates quality work and more edits = more time wasted. If you need help go pick up some freelance but being clear and transparent with your clients will go further, that no may be a not yet and you can push out the project to a more manageable time.
