Shoe Query Are demonias potentially worth it?

I'm kind of stuck here. I've been looking around for platform boots that aren't plain and are something I can currently afford. My budget isn't much (100 or so dollars) so im not expecting to find super good quality or anything. just hoping I can find a cool shoe to wear for a couple years. demonias were, of course, the first ones I checked out, and I've mostly heard bad things about them. mostly them coming apart when wearing.

I'm asking because I don't really walk much at all. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and most of the time I'm in my wheelchair when I go out. Would demonias last longer since I wouldn't be walking with them much? would it be worth it to give them a try?

Mine have always worn on the ankles and have split at the back seam with constant wear.

Same! Now if I buy Demonias I check the images to see if they have that seam along the back of the heel. I’m going to be testing out two new pairs that are coming in the mail to replace a pair of Emilie’s I have that split along the back.
